Cosy Apartment

• The base price is €70 per night for two people. For each additional person (bed), there is a surcharge of €15, up to a maximum of 4 people.
• Accommodation is available for a minimum of two nights.
• Pet – €10 per night – small dogs up to approx. 10 kg are free
• Discounts:
• Weekly (7 or more nights) – 10%
• Monthly (30 or more nights) – 50%

Gallery Apartment 1

• The base price is €105 per night for 3 people. For each additional person (bed), there is a surcharge of €20, up to a maximum of 6 people.
• Accommodation is available for a minimum of two nights.
• Pet – €10 per night – small dogs up to approx. 10 kg are free
• Discounts:
• Weekly (7 or more nights) – 10%
• Monthly (30 or more nights) – 50%

Gallery Apartment 2

• The base price is €140 per night for 4 people. For each additional person (bed), there is a surcharge of €20, up to a maximum of 8 people.
• Accommodation is available for a minimum of two nights.
• Pet – €10 per night – small dogs up to approx. 10 kg are free
• Discounts:
• Weekly (7 or more nights) – 10%
• Monthly (30 or more nights) – 50%
• Wellness:
• Hot Tub – wood-fired heating
  • Preparation for heating (filling with fresh cold water, providing firewood) – €30
  • Heating the tub to a temperature of 38–40°C at an agreed time (this service is provided upon prior arrangement only) – €50
  • Maintaining the temperature – basket of firewood for approx. 5 reheats – €10
• Finnish Sauna
  • Heating the sauna and the first hour – €10
  • Each additional hour within the same session – €5

Gallery Residence – rental of the entire house with the option to connect the apartments

• The base price is €240 per night for 8 people. For each additional person (bed), there is a surcharge of €20, up to a maximum of 14 people.
• Accommodation is available for a minimum of two nights.

• Monthly (30 or more nights) – 50%
• Wellness:
